If you feel like having Fries, instead try some Edamame.
They're just as addictive, but much, much better for you than fries.
What are edamame you ask? Edamame are soybeans. Now don't let this
turn you off, steamed, boiled or nuked with a pinch of salt - these
little things are delicious and oh so hip. (They're a California
favorite at sushi restaurants) They taste a bit like nuts,
but are much less fattening. They're best when cooked in the shell
- you just pop them in your mouth one by one - really yummy!

to nosh on some chips and dip? Stop! That stuff's terrible for you...
A better choice might be Baked Corn Chips and Salsa.
The salsa is actually pretty good for you. I'ts mostly made up of
vegetables (including tomatoes, an excellent source of Vitamin C
and Lycopene). Just be careful about your overall salt intake.
- Want a burger? Try a Veggie Burger instead. They're
lots less fattening & limiting total meat intake is now known
to reduce the risk of many diseases including cancer and heart disease
later in life.

Go for whole grain wraps and fill
